We collect only what an order needs, and this notice says what that is, how long it stays, and what you can require of us.

What we collect

• Your name, address, email and phone — the minimum a delivery needs
• Ordinary server logs — IP, device and the pages requested
• Past orders, retained so a later return or question can be dealt with

No card or banking credentials are collected . UPI runs in your bank’s app and cash is handed to the courier; neither route sends us anything of that kind.

What it is used for

To pack and deliver your order, answer your messages, handle returns and refunds, and keep the records Indian tax and consumer law requires . No advertising profiles are built and nothing is sold on.

Sharing

Whoever has to see it to get the parcel to you, which means the courier and our hosting and email providers, and none may use the data for their own purposes. We disclose to a public authority only where the law requires it.

We do not register appliances with a manufacturer on your behalf, so none of your details are passed on for that purpose.

How long data stays

Sales paperwork is held for the length of time tax and consumer law prescribes . Closed enquiries are removed, and no data is hoarded.

Cookies on this site

We use session and basket cookies, and simple page analytics . Browser-level blocking is possible; the basket then fails.

There is no newsletter and no marketing list here, so the only mail from us is order correspondence.

Your rights

Access, correction and erasure are yours to request under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), except where retention is legally required Address the request to our Grievance Officer, below, and we answer within a reasonable period.

Security

HTTPS covers the site, and only the staff who pack orders can open order records . Should a breach ever touch your data, you and the authority both hear from us.
