These are the terms on which Velaris Citadel sells, and an order counts as acceptance.
Who you are dealing with
Velaris Citadel is an online retailer in Indore, Madhya Pradesh stocking small kitchen & home appliances for customers throughout the country.
What we sell we have bought. We are not a manufacturer and claim no authorised-dealer status with anyone.
Orders
An order becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch, not when you pay . Until dispatch we can still decline for out-of-stock items, mispriced listings or unverifiable details.
If we turn down a paid order, the whole amount comes back.
Descriptions and photographs
Listings are written from supplier information and from the item itself — photographs show the actual product, though colours shift between screens and dimensions are approximate unless stated. A materially inaccurate listing is grounds for a return under our return policy.
About the goods we sell
Appliances are supplied with the electrical specification and fittings described. They are for domestic use on a standard Indian supply, and any manufacturer warranty is the manufacturer’s, offered on their terms and not ours.
What things cost
Prices are in Indian Rupees and include everything payable, with delivery shown separately at checkout . A confirmed order keeps the price it was placed at. Clear mispricing is raised with you rather than silently fulfilled.
Using this website
- Keep your account details private — orders placed through your account are your responsibility
- Our photographs, product descriptions and page copy are not for commercial reuse

Limits of liability
What we owe you is the goods as described, plus the remedies our shipping, return and cancellation policies set out . Indirect or consequential loss is excluded as far as Indian law permits, and no right that cannot be limited is affected.
Save where the law says otherwise, we supply goods without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose beyond any the manufacturer gives.
Governing law
The applicable law is Indian: the Information Technology Act, 2000 (IT Act 2000), the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 all apply The courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction over any dispute.
