Parcels are packed in Indore and go out by courier — what it costs, how long it takes, and what to do when something is wrong.

The cost of shipping

we cover the courier on orders from ₹999 upwards — beneath the threshold the charge is a flat ₹49 per order.

No fee is added for Cash on Delivery.

Dispatch and delivery times

an order spends 1–2 business days with us before it leaves ; transit runs 3–9 business days once it is collected.

Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM IST on a working day join that day’s dispatch run.

Treat these as estimates, not promises — festival weeks, weather and local restrictions can add a day or two, and we tell you when we know a parcel is running late.

Coverage

Delivery is to Indian addresses only . There is no international option at checkout.

Coverage is wide but not total, and we refund straight away rather than let an order hang.

If something goes wrong on the way

Record the parcel as you open it. A damaged, wrong or missing item reported with that video inside 48 hours of delivery is replaced or refunded by us, return courier included.

An incomplete address or repeated failed attempts send the parcel back to us . A second attempt costs the flat delivery charge again, once you give us a working address.
