Before it leaves

Any order still on our bench can be cancelled for nothing . Our dispatch run closes at 3:00 PM IST, which is the deadline that matters.

After dispatch

Once the courier has collected we cannot recall a parcel . Either refuse it at the door or take delivery and start a return, which stays open 10 days.

Refunds on cancelled orders

Prepaid orders stopped before dispatch are refunded in 5 to 7 working days . That matches the Reserve Bank of India’s reversal window.

Nothing is charged on a Cash on Delivery order cancelled before dispatch, so there is nothing to refund — and we charge no cancellation or restocking fee.

If we have to cancel

Sometimes we are the ones who cannot proceed : damaged stock, an unreachable pin code, or an order we cannot verify. You get the reason and a full refund.

Sending a doubtful item to keep a sale is not how we work.
