Payment is by UPI or Cash on Delivery . There is no third option.

Paying by UPI

Selecting UPI produces a QR code you scan with whichever payments app you already use, so nothing sensitive travels through us.

Your order confirms once the payment shows as received . Should money leave your account without an order confirmation, give us the UPI reference and we chase it.

Cash on Delivery

Hand the money to the courier at the door . Have the exact amount to hand, since couriers seldom have change. No extra charge applies, but the option disappears on pin codes our couriers do not serve.

Not accepted here

We are not set up to take card payments, so credit and debit cards, net banking, wallets, EMI and international methods are not offered — and because card details never reach us, there is nothing of that kind for us to store.

Prices and GST

Listed prices are in Indian Rupees and are final Velaris Citadel trades below the GST registration threshold and is not GST registered . So nothing is collected as GST, and the paperwork with your order is a plain sale invoice rather than a tax invoice.
